Anche io ho comprato un eee box, ma ho avuto qualche difficolta' ad installare Ubuntu Server utilizzando UNETBootin. Per creare un pen drive bootable con Ubuntu Server segnalo questo breve tutorial pubblicato sul sito ufficiale Ubuntu: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuServerFlashDriveInstaller L'ho provato con successo.
